Forks are inspected at the Manufacturing Division of the Industrial Manufacturing Department. Our work includes checking the dimensions of forks and inspecting their assembly.

 

It all started with an introduction to Hello Work. I had previously worked in manufacturing, so I chose this position because I thought I could make use of that experience. However, it was difficult at first as it was all new to me, but I am managing to do it. Also, it was close to my workplace and the working conditions, including working hours, were good.

 

In the work I do, I use tools and look at drawings, but I had never handled or seen them myself, so there were many things I didn't know how to do. However, I am glad that I am able to gradually increase the number of things I can do while learning from my seniors.

 

I spend a lot of time at home. I'm relaxing and watching videos.

 

I think the atmosphere of a company is very important when working. We are making improvements to improve human relations and the work environment. I've been with the company for a few months now, and I'm still growing. Let's work hard together.
