Staff Interview Newspaper Sales Department (RK)

Newspaper sales department/R.K.

It all started when I went on a tour of the company and saw a good atmosphere among the people working there.
We also have long-term relationships with existing customers and have a strong sense of trust, which is also appealing.

Q. Please tell me the content of your work
We visit our customers, listen to their stories, and create proposals and quotations. We will also assist you with after-sales service after receiving your order.

Q. What was the reason or motivation for choosing this job?
Ever since I was a student, I have loved talking to people, and I was very attracted to the sales job where I had many opportunities to interact with people. When you actually work there, the work involved in sales is not only limited to out-of-office work, but also involves a wide range of tasks such as administrative processing and proposal creation. It's hard work, but I think it's a rewarding job where you can feel the connections between people.

Q. Do you have any memorable episodes or memories that you gained through your work?
Sales positions require high communication skills, but the ability to develop close interpersonal relationships and trust is also attractive. I'm still only half-baked, but when I hear words of gratitude from customers, I feel happy and fulfilled in this job.

Q. Please tell me how to spend the holidays
I often go out with friends or go out for drinks. On the weekends, I enjoy my private life to maintain balance between work and work.

● Send a message to those who are thinking of applying!
If there is something I don't understand, my seniors and superiors kindly explain it to me, so I am able to work comfortably. There is a lot to remember about work content and specialized knowledge, but you can feel that you are growing every day.
There are a lot of things you don't understand at first, but I think this is a company where you can steadily grow as a working adult.
Let's do our best together!
