Q. Please tell me the content of your work 
The Industrial Machinery Sales Department performs a variety of tasks, including manufacturing, repair, and inspection of products based on drawings received from customers. This includes a wide range of tasks, including creating estimates, emailing with customers, and coordinating processes with partner factories and in-house workers. I also carry out administrative work on a daily basis using in-house tools.
 
Q. What was the reason or motivation for choosing this job?
Our goal is to always be attentive to your needs and deliver customer satisfaction. One of my main motivations is being able to work on a variety of projects, from small parts that fit in the palm of my hand to huge equipment many times my height. I also do a lot of desk work, and for someone like me who likes to focus on one task, it's also a scene where I really feel like I'm working. In my previous job, I was in sales, and I was dealing with completely different products, so it was not an easy job. However, I feel that I am growing and learning new things every day. Furthermore, I have many opportunities to learn from customers as well as within the company, so I am able to approach my work with a sense of gratitude.
 
Q. Do you have any memorable episodes or memories that you gained through your work? 
I feel a sense of accomplishment when I have many meetings with customers and within the company, proceed with production and work, and complete the delivery and project. I also learned that the materials I had compiled that I might need someday were later useful within the company, and I realized that it is important to have meaning in the work I do. I believe this is all thanks to the words of gratitude from our customers and other people involved.
 
Q. Please tell me how to spend the holidays
I basically have weekends off, so I spend them with my family. I go to parks, cafes, and shopping. We also go to games to support Sagan Tosu, which is our pitch sponsor. Other than that, I enjoy going touring with friends on my bike, which is one of my hobbies. I sometimes spend my time washing cars, running, and going to hot springs. Basically, I go out and have fun.

The atmosphere within the company is very positive, and it's an environment where you can ask anyone for advice. We often get excited talking about things that aren't related to work, and I have some senior colleagues who are very eccentric, so it's fun to work with them (lol). Not only people with knowledge and skills, but also people with little experience, we have on-the-job training and seniors who are willing to teach us, so it's a company where you can grow while learning a lot. We look forward to!
